Sebuah kerajaan yang masih diyakini masyarakat Lampung, sebagai asal muasal orang Lampung. Tidak ada yang tahu bagaimana daerah ini bernama Skala Brak. Namun orang Lampung hanya mengetahui, Skala Brak memiliki arti, tetesan yang mulia. Boleh jadi, kawasan ini dianggap sebagai kawasan tempat lahir dan hidup orang-orang mulia keturunan orang mulia pula.
